- Cook the rice in water for 25 minutes till it is cooked.
- In a pan, heat the oil and fry mustard seeds, turmeric, ginger and cumin for 2 minutes.
- Add the rice, lemon juice, coriander and stir.
- 1 cup Double Deer basmati rice
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp ginger
- ¼ tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander
